NIS 2010 refuses to start when Ghost 15 is enabled

Is Ghost 15 compatible with NIS 2010?

Sometimes NIS 2010 loads upon starting Windows, sometimes it doesn't .  But, it always starts well when Ghost 15 is disabled.

Any ideas?  I have contacted live support several times for this issue, but no one has been able to resolve it.

Regards,

Ronald

It sure should work. I had it running for a while without any problems

Any other security software installed? What OS are you using?

I have both on my system (Win7 Ultimate 32bit; GHOST v15 and NIS v17.5.0.127) and have had no problem with either NIS or GHOST loading and starting.  Do you have Early Load enabled in the NIS Computer Settings > Real Time Protection > Auto Protect ?  If not, see if that makes any difference.

When you say that NIS refuses to start, what are the symptoms? If you are saying that the tray icon doesn't appear after startup and if you launch it from the Start menu nothing happens, you probably have encountered a known timing bug that has a hot fix available. Installing Ghost probably changes the startup timings enough to expose this issue on your system.
