NIS 2011 re-installing a 4th time

I have had major hardware problems with my computer.  Due to bluescreens and crashes, I have had to install my NIS 2011 3 times previously.  I have just recently replaced my hard drive and power supply. I can't activate my NIS 2011 now due to the number of times I've had to reinstall. What can I do to correct this without purchasing a new activation?

Please go immediately to the customer service section and scroll down until you see the chat option. Do not pass go do not collect any more problems. They can work with you and reset your counter so that you can install and use the product you purchased.

I contacted an agent through chat and the problem is resolved. Thank you very much.

Somehow I previously missed the section where I could contact someone through live chat. All I saw was the chat with a "virtual" agent. I tried that but had no success, but all is well now. Thanks again.
