NIS 2012 Multiple BSOD

Hi All,

I started getting BSOD and posted my crash dump on windowssevenforums for assistance. At the time i had NIS2011 and they had showed me that it was causing the problem.  I used the norton removal tool and installed Microsoft sercurity essentials, BSOd's stopped.

I noticed that a new version of NIS came out so i uninstalled  Microsoft sercurity essentials and installed NIS2012.  I once again started getting BSOD's again.

This is the section of the most recent crash dump that submitted to  windowssevenforum:

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff88007e8112b, fffff88008ad0740, 0}

Probably caused by : SRTSP64.SYS ( SRTSP64+8112b )

Followup: MachineOwner

 Its the same proccess that was acting up in NIS2011.

I have NIS2011 and NIS2012 running on 8 other computers and i have to say that this is really starting trouble me.  Can someone please offer some advise on this issue to get it fixed.

Thanks,

Jon

Re: NIS 2012 Multiple BSOD

811.2b should be related to your network card. Have you checked for any updates available for it?  There have been similar problems with Atheros network cards.
