Dear All,
I have a subscription for NIS (Product language - English).
I moved to Finland a year back. When I try to renew my NIS subscription now, I get redirected to the Finnish website for renewal.
Does this mean, I will have a "Finnish" language NIS after renewal? Or will the product (NIS 2012) continue to function in english?
I want to continue to have NIS 2012 in English.
Thanks a lot.

Try here:
I think that will give yo the US store so you can get the English version.

I'll try a different way this time. Back shortly.

Alright, thanks... I'll be waiting. ;-)
Meanwhile, I was just on Norton online chat support and the guy told me that even if I renew the subscription in the finnish language website, the product will continue to function in English?
Can one of the experts here please confirm this?
PS., though I have no idea how to proceed with the order on the finnish site, because I don't speak Finnish.... May be I need to ask one of my finnish colleagues?!!
Anyway, please let me know if there is any way I can renew directly on an english language site and by myself.
But seriously, why would Norton/Symantec not have an International renewal page?

Hi
Try changing the country at the top to United states. After purchasing the renewal the existing product will get renewed (days extended) or if you get a renewal code use it to renew the subscription. You will not have issues with the product usage.

Thanks for the info (which was what the online chat support person @ norton mentioned as the first suggestion)
But, the problem is, when I change the country to "US", and I proceed with the renewal / order and arrive at the "Billing" page, I have to enter my address - there, in the country pull down list, there is no "Finland" listed :-)
So.... you see?

Have you looked at the top of the Norton page and changed countries?
I think that will give you a way to get to an English language page

Thinking about the different laws and taxes involved I don''t think I want to be the one tasked to create that page.

Thanks again :)
For changing the language/country, I just mentioned the problem in my previous post, in response to prabhu's suggestion.. please take a look.
Ha! So its all about the taxes and higher cost of Norton products here in Europe, then? ;-)
PS., By the way, I'm off to bed now and will check back here in a few hours.. I really want to get this renewal thing done by tomorrow because my subscription is running out in a few days! Thanks in advance..
