NIS Subscription Status Freeze

How would I go about requesting Symantec freeze my subscription status (Number of days remaining) until the LiveUpdate Server problems are fixed?

Hi bxmaxxd,

Good luck with that.  You could contact Customer Support and ask,  but I don't like your chances.  http://www.norton.com/chat.  Please read the fineprint. -

This renewable service includes protection updates and new product features as available during the service period, subject to acceptance of the Symantec Agreement included with this product and available for review at www.symantec.com. Product features may be added, modified, or removed during the service period."
