NIS ccSvcHost consuming 100% of cpu

i currently have NIS version 20.2.0.19 and ever since i updated to this version from the previous NIS has been hogging my cpu's. i cant barley run ie, or any other program. i have read thru all the other forum posts but it seems no one else is having the same issues; they are just having different issues.

The proccess running at any given time is ccsvchost.exe or ccSvcHost.exe or even ccSVCHOST.exe. i've tried numerous restarts, NPE, and running Norton pc check all to no avail. a little help would be appreciated. my computer was fine before this download,

I've seen a reinstall of your product can resolve this issue. You can do this with the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool.

Download the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool from here   www.norton.com/nrnr
If you use Identity Safe, backup/export your data.
Run the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool.
Reboot.
Run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.
Import your Identity Safe data.

Let us know if this helps.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.
