my subscrition is good for 3 computers...am trying to install product on 2nd computer (a netbook).  Norton Download Manager message says "installing" and is taking unusually long time.  Is this normal?  It's been over 40 minutes...THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Hello fran_mountains,

The Norton Download Manager will show you the download information. However, there will be a different window where the actual Installation will take place. Check through all your open windows and see if you can locate the installation. You'll need to click on "I agree and Install" and then it'll start the installation process.

I enjoy being part of this community - thank you all for trying to help with my reinstall.  Am working with tech support now because I got so confused.  It turns out that I have Norton products that I bought which aren't installed anywhere - working through it now (or trying).  Will return to Community with results (or request for further assist!).
