Appreciate swift update. Interesting, [..] we are able to reproduce [..]
My non-techie work around. Removed check @ Password Protect.
I got used to having a discrete secondary password for each of my cards / notes.
Since, I rely on logins daily and cards / notes much less frequently.
I liked having a second discrete gatekeeper for each of my cards / notes.
I share logins in one of my user accounts...so, the secondary discrete cards / notes password enabled me to share logins while still maintaining separation / protection w cards / notes.
Since, NIS12 Identity Safe is limited to one master password per user account.
I need to get used to not sharing user accounts.
Makes sense...each user should have their own user account and their own ID Safe Profile.
Thanks

HI Folks,
Be aware of another issue reported here.
This is a problem whereby the Move Data Online option in ID safe allows you to enter more than 20 characters for the online ID safe vault password. Later when you try to log back into the online ID safe you are limited to 20 characters and will no longer be able to login.
Keep this login limited to 20 characters or less to prevent lots of grief. I have also reported this second problem to Symantec.
Best wishes.

Password Protect for Identity Cards works with max 20 characters....
I posted in Message 1 that my password is 21 characters. No one heard me. ![]()
Now, if there were a ding at 20.....that would be nice. Is that too much to ask. Is a ding too much to ask for. Doesn't have to be a big ding. I'll take a small ding. Just a ding at max characters.
I ask you. Is a ding at 20 too much to ask.
Oy vey I have such a headache. ![]()
