I am having the same problem with BOA. Would not populate login so I deleted it and when I log in to the site Norton does not offer to save the login info. Was working great until the update. Looks like it doesn't even know this is a login site.

Just to repeat my earlier post, this bank website (HSBC) also fails to autofill login details:
Also, here's another Bank URL that won't autofill:
Both these URLs autofilled before the NIS 2012 19.5 update.

Hello again, the url of the bank in that identity safe does not work is:
NIS2011 works perfectly with this web, but NIS2012 fully updated do not work

Since live updating NIS 2012 to version 220.127.116.11, I have been experiencing the same problem as others with Identity Safe not auto-filling login credentials to a particular bank web site. For me specifically, Identity Safe no longer works for: http://www.usbank.com/index.html It still works fine for all the other web sites that I have stored, including Bank of America that others said was no longer working for them. I have 5 computers on my home LAN. Only 3 of my 5 computers got the 18.104.22.168 update at first, which allowed me to verify that the two that didn't yet get the update still auto-filled my login credentials to http://www.usbank.com/index.html just fine. I initally thought that the US Bank web site had a problem...but later learned that the NIS 2012 update to 22.214.171.124 was the culprit.

In addition to reporting the URL's you are having problems with here, please make sure and report them directly from your browser as well.
You can do this from the Norton toolbar, click on Identity Safe > Report Issue. You will even have a page where you can fill in details or comments about the problem. Reporting directly from your browser ensures that the issue goes directly to the Identity Safe team with Symantec.

IMPROVEMENT: 1 of 2 troublesome behaviors in FireFox has ceased.
1. Requirement to re-"register" computer each time logging in to 2-page bank sites - corrected with updates of 12.02.04.
2. Refusal to recognize/autofill the 2-page bank sites - persists.

It's not just bank logins. It appears to be a problem with any two-page authentication, in which the username is entered on one page and the password on a second page. None of these are working for me. The username will not autofill, and if I enter it manually, I am not asked whether I want to save this.
I am running Windows 7 (64 bit), NIS 126.96.36.199, FF10.0, IE9. The problem occurs in both FF and IE.
Here's an example that is a credit card company: https://www.ibsnetaccess.com/NASApp/NetAccess/Logi
