Hi,
If possible please mention the URLs of the sites on which you are facing issues.
Are you facing autofill issues on login sites which is a split page?(Split Page:- A webpage which asks to enter username first and next step is to enter paaword)

I am having this exact issue and it started immediately after the last in line release was rolled out (19.5.0.145) to address several issues reported over the past few weeks or months. Most importantly was our inability to login to the Identity Safe from within the program interface, or in other words it would say the username and password were incorrect, but a person could still login on their Norton Account with the same credentials and gain access to their saved username and password combinations.
I am running a laptop with WIndows 7 SP1, I am using both Internet Explorer 9 and the latest version of the old reliable Firefox 3.6.27. The sites that are not working are all banking or financial related. Here are two of that immediately come to mind:
https://sitekey.bankofamerica.com/sas/signonScreen
https://www4.usbank.com/internetBanking/RequestRou
These websites and/or URLs have worked fine for me for years, but will not autofill since the rollout of version 19.5.0.145. If you need additional information just let us know.
Thanks,
Scheib

I forgot to answer your second question. Both URLs I provided use split pages and auto fill doesn't work on either the first or second page. I have to manually type the username and then the password on the next page.

I inadvertently deleted an Identity Safe entry. Attempts at reestablishing the link between this particular web site and Identity Safe have failed. Other Identity Safe links function properly, except for this one link.

Hi,
Can you please share the URL of the link on which you are facing this issue.
Please mention the version of Norton Product you are using.(Check version number under "Support"->"About") and also the browser on which you are facing this issue.
If you had taken a backup of Identity Safe Data before deleting the login then you can restore the file to get back the deleted login.
