Shouldn't the link be:

replaced by NL ? (dutch language)

Yes, the most cases it works, but watch that the version number is in the link twice:

I mean GE is for Georgia.. did you find it somewhere, if so where?

Yes, I used this shortened link: norton.com/nis20 which redirects to the following url: hxxp://buy-download.norton.com/downloads/2013/20.1.1/NISNAV/US/NIS-ESD-20-1-1-2-EN.exe then you can change the version number to 20.2 and the language (for example: EN-US to NL).

by the way: GE stands for the german language version.
