Firefox 7.0 is released but the Norton Toolbar isn't compatible with FF 7.0

Firefox 7 is not officially released yet, even if the final version is available on the download servers. Don't expect any compatibility before official release.

Final release will be tomorrow. However I am getting tired of this game fast. I have to wait for about 5 of my addons to be updated before they work on the new versions. I am about ready to dump Firefox altogether.

Yeah I agree.  I am getting sick of Firefox releasing new versions every week, making all of my addons obsolete.

Keep in mind that you should check to see that PRODUCT UPDATE: 19.1.1.3 is installed via Live Update.

This patch is necessary to prepare your Norton 2012 Product for the upcoming Firefox 7 compatibility update that we will release to Norton Products at a future date, per Mr. Lopez. (Symantec Employee.)

firefox 7 is not out yet   what you have in stalled is the per Final of firfox 7  

any thing from firefox  beta too RC  too Final  the norton toobar will not  work from that site you got your down lode from   you will have too wait in the the real firefox 7 is up live on the firefox web site  wish sould be on SEP 27th  then your nortontool bar sould work then

A Norton porgram update came down this morning that fixed Norton Toolbar for Firefox 7...I got the update through LiveUpdate and can confirm that the toolbar now works with Firefox 7.
