I'm not good at English.

I get a virus on cell phone.And Norton warning when it combines computer by USB.

Then norton tells me it needs to be restart,I click yes.

And the process of starting win7 stop at that 4 things with diffrent color get together.

That is still change,light or dark.But I wait 30 minutes it doesn't go ahead.

I restart many times ,it's same.

Now I'm using Fedora16 to make this message,what should I do?

can you plzs give els a little more info on what norton you are uesing

are you uesing NIS  norton 360  or any of the  norton NIS 2013 beta?

so we can get this fourm  moved  too the right place  

all so plzs go too about in NIS or norton 360 and tell us  what verson # you have wish will all so be help full

I have worked out you are talking about Windows getting stuck at the Windows Logo load screen,
