Okay, my parents Norton Account and my own have gotten cluttered from trying numerous trials over the past few years and I went to try to find a way to remove the past trials, only to find out that there is no way to do that.
Could someone please investigate this (tried sending an e-mail to support about this but I kept on getting an error message) and get back to me on this?
My parents have about 24 different trials of different Norton software that they have tried over the years. Some as much as 5 years old that really, in my opinion, should have dropped off the listings. Same thing applies to my own account.

Hi,
I've been using Norton software for over two decades, both test/trial and released versions, and I've never had a problem finding the key I needed to reactivate a current version. They are listed in order with the newest entry at the top of the list.
I'm guessing that it will take one of the moderators contacting one of the other teams to get the older entries deleted, I just can't come up with a really good reason why it's necessary.

Hi Leria 10,
To the best of my knowledge there is no way to remove that information, mine goes back to an expired 2005 version of System Works and all but the current entry is marked expired.
There is a link in Help and also close to the bottom right hand side of the page labeled feedback - perhaps providing that feedback to Norton may get some attention.
I see this thread was moved from the Product Suggestion Board - which is where I was going to suggest you post a suggestion to provide a way to remove old entries on future products, but I guess someone (moderator) has different thoughts about your question. Perhaps posting it as a suggestions rather than asking it as a question will let it stay there.
Sorry, I can't assist more.
