I am the owner of several website domains that I want to verify as safe sites. These include www.partnersremarketing.com , www.usedtandem.com , www.usedhp.net , to name a few.

 I have registered as the owner of these sites and followed the online directions, but can't seem to get it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue.

How did you add the authentication file to your homepages?

Did you upload the HTML file to the Root Directory or did you add the supplied meta tag into the head element?

Hi Phil_D,

Thanks for your reply.  I have five different accounts on Norton and have been unable to logon to any of them within www.safeweb.norton.com to obtain the authentication file to add to my homepages.  It always says please activate account.  They have been activated and reactivated with different activation codes.  When using the link sent to my email account, it always takes me to norton.com and not safeweb.norton.com.  If I could just get the code, I think I would be alright..

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to activate your Safe Web account.

I will notify the Safe Web Team who should be able to assist you. Allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.

If you would like to be notified by email when a reply is posted, go to My Settings > Preferences and check the box for: "Automatically Subscribe Me to Threads I Participate In".
