Hello iscottburdon and welcome!
Your site building program may not allow you to follow the standard Safe Web procedures.
An alternate method to verify ownership is to add the Norton Safe Web authentication code to your keywords tag which I see you have in place, but is currently blank.
Use your site building program to edit your keywords (It may also be referred to as Search Engine Optimization). Copy and paste the authentication code from your email registration, (the 128 character alphanumeric code) into your keywords tag on your main page.
Example: 1234-abcd-5678(your unique 128 character code)
(Norton SW File Content is highlighted in blue text for this example)
Although this method will not allow for the automated verification, it should assist the Safe Web team in manually verifying your site.
Let me know when you have completed this step and I will check that the code is properly located.

Unfortunately there are many different site design programs and I am not familiar with all of them.
I checked the Mr Site website for some help, but was not able to find anything pertinent to the keywords tag.
What you can do temporarily is the add the 128 character Safe Web code as regular text content on your home page. Make it a small font size and place it near the bottom of the page, perhaps underneath "The courses are at a reasonable......"
This will only have to be visible for a few days. Will that work for you?
Let me know.

Hi I have just put down the 128 chara. code in the bottom of the main page - can you check if it is correct and let me know. And what action should I next do?
Thanks for your patient!

Okay. That's great.
Leave everything just as it is. You do not have to do anything else.
I will notify the Safe Web team of your issue. Please allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.
As soon as the Safe Web team tells you that they have manually verified ownership, you can then remove the code, but not before then.
I will keep an eye on this thread to make sure all goes well.

Hi iscottburdon,
Your site ownership has been manually verified and your site 'http://www.signlanguageinlincoln.co.uk/' has been submitted for analysis. Note that the initial evaluation process may take up to two weeks to complete.

Congratulations, iscottburdon!
Not only has your ownership been verified, but your site has been rated Safe:

You can now remove the authentication code from your home page.
Best Wishes for your website!
