My elderly friend needs to remove her Norton Internet Security 2009 from her computer and I am trying to help her to do this.

I know that Norton cannot be easily removed, that I need a program to do it. She has windows Vista.  Where do I get this free download?  Thank you for any help.

The board you have reached is for Mac. However, I can see that you want to remove your Norton Internet Security 2009 program from windows vista. You can try uninstall the program through Start --> Control Panel --> Uninstall a program. If that doesn't work, Please follow this link Norton Removal Tool. This will help you to remove the Norton Completely.
