My Norton Internet Security expired, but I got a good deal originally and bought two of them. I now cannot find a place to enter my other product key to renew my subscription. It only gives me the option of paying by credit card when I click "Renew". I've tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling, but I get the same problem.
How do I enter a new subscription code from retail?

After you click "Renew," directly under the "Renew my subscription" button, there should be a link that reads: "I have a key or code to enter." Click that.

It brings me to a web page that has the option to renew, but no option for entering a code. If I select to renew, it brings me to a cart and credit card billing.
Inside the program, there is an option to "renew now" but no option to enter the key code.

Are you clicking the link or the button? You need to click the words: "I have a key or code to enter."

Here's what I see in NIS 2012 when I click on Renew
Do you not see that? What version of NIS do you have isntalled? Click on Support / About and it says Version ID followed by the ID in the format nn.nn.nn.nnn where n is a number.

Fully understood -- it's not actually thrust out at you. At one time my memory tells me the actual box was there also with the wording just a caption ....
