I have been off line for over a year. I used to use the link below to get virus defs but I no longer see Win98 there. Have virus defs for Win98 been discontinued? TIA.

It depends a little bit on what AV-product you are using.
If it is older than Internet Security or Antivirus 2003 you need to upgrade.
If you are using Internet Security or Antivirus 2003 -2005 you can update your virusdefinitions with the file from the link below.

Where on this page does it menion WIn98?

You really should upgrade your OS and Norton. Microsoft actually no loner supports Win 98. Most ISP.s do not supprt WIn98.

Yes but NIS09 does not work with 98..

You need to upgrade your OS to at least 2000 before upgrading Norton, to clarify.
