I show two IP addresses for this link: mynortonaccount.com
206.204.52.31
216.12.145.20
Unfortunately Symantec does not allow you to PING them. TRACERT also fails even from here in the US as they choose not to answer with a direct reply.
I was going to have you try this, but Symantec has server side scripting code to prevent it so that won't work for you either.
See if you can use Google and go to the LANGUAGE TOOLS page and input this URL into the entry forTranslate a web page
mynortonaccount.com/amsweb/default.do
Have it translate it from Polish to English and see if it will come back or not.
Best bet is to try one of the DNS changes and see if that helps or not. It would seem to be some type of region issue.

A little more information about the links.

https://dns.l4x.org/www.mynortonaccount.com.gtm.sy
I'm able to access this site and judging from other posts most others are as well.
Are you not able to access the site or once you're there your account logon attempt gives this error?
Possibly try setting your DNS to the following and see if that helps.
http://www.opendns.com/
http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/
To try it out:
* Configure your network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers

Thanks for reply but problem is that i have dozents of activations on this account.
Symantec says the problem is that they can't operate account with so many licences in this account! ![]()
A promise to fix this problem is few months old and nothing happens....

Okay understood. So the issue seems to be that they won't allow the account to manage your purchases, which is different than not being able to access the site.
Good luck and I hope they do resolve it for you.
