Hi, Im trying to unblock a high risk item in a .rar file and whenever i extract it it gets deleted, i know this is a good file but i cant find the unblock/ignore thing. Please help me

Check in history to see if it is in quarantine.  If so, you may be able to restore it and add it to scan and auto-protect exclusions from there.  You can also submit it to Symantec to be checked before you restore it just in case there is a reason for the deletion.

If you unrar alot of (a - hem)  high risk item's that you are comfortable to unpack, I would designate a whole folder and exclude it from scan and auto protect in the settings. You can then just drag the rar(s) into that folder and unpack them there without issue. ; ) (also there is a setting in NIS that will quarantine the risk even within a rar file so this would prevent that too)
