Operating System: Windows XP Professional SP3
Browser: Internet Explorer 8.0
I recently installed Norton AntiVirus Online through my internet service provider. It's been working well except for one thing: throughout the day the same error message keeps appearing. The error message is "RUNDLL Error loading c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\norton\{0c55c096-0f1d-4f28-aaa2-85ef591126e7}

I'm not sure just what version of the retail Norton's Norton AntiVirus OnLIne is -- could you please name your ISP and give any other information to identify whether it is a dedicated version of Norton 360 which I know for example COMCAST supply.

It's called Norton AntiVirus Online and my ISP is CenturyLink. It appears to be identical to Norton AntiVirus, with the exception that it has the CenturyLink logo on it. It's not Norton 360 Online or Norton Internet Security Online, although those are available from CenturyLink, too. See http://qwest.centurylink.com/residential/internet/

I haven't seen that Norton AntiVirus error message for a few days, so I definitely found the problem and the solution, at least for my case. The problem was a conflict with the Software Restriction Policy within Windows XP Professional. The solution was to adjust the Software Restriction Policy from "All software files" to "All software files except libraries (such as DLLs)." See attached image for an example.
