I'm running Windows 7 x64 and Office 2010 32 bit. I have the Norton tab in Outlook but all of the options except "Open Norton Antispam" are grayed out. I had been told that when NIS 2011 was released it would work with the 32 bit version of Office 2010, obviously I was told incorrectly. Does anyone have a solution for this problem or is it time to start looking for a different security program?

Hi,
this error was found in the beta testing as well, but onfortunately was not been able to reproduce by other users, it happened only by me. We are still working on it with Symantec, as this is some really tricky bug what comes only on the 64-bit Windows 7 + the 32-bit Office 2010 (or maybe some other apps are included in it...).
I will let the Symantec team know that you have this error too, and if you have some time for it, and it's neccesary, maybe they will contact you as weel to get some logs.
