We have a problem with electricity where I live. Whilst downloading Norton Antivirus 2011 electricity cuts and I have no internet. I have to restart downloading every time. Is there a way to save downloaded progression and continue later?  Message in Norton Download Manager: Open Browser .  Please help!!

Hi Karina,

Please choose NAV 2011 from the list to which the link below will lead you; you will then be taken to the Download Manager to download NAV 2011; it will create an icon on your desktop and proceed to download the remaining files from the internet. I think that if there are interruptions during the download, then it will resume downloading without losing or erasing what was already downloaded:

Dear Yaso, thank you for your reply. Problem is that if there is an interruption, the icon initialize and start to download from the beginning. all downloaded information lost!! Icon works now

Hi Karina,

Would it be possible to get to another computer (e.g. a friend's computer) with a steady internet connection and download NAV 2011 from the link Tywin7 has indicated above to a USB drive, and then transfer the installer via the USB drive to your computer?

The link above leads to the full installer which already contains the complete NAV 2011 package, so when you click on it, it will proceed to install directly without requiring access to the internet; it will only need the internet when it activates itself (picks up your product key and subscription) and when executing LiveUpdate. Since it is a large file of nearly 84 MB, it might take some time (depending on your internet speed) to download, so you'll need a steady internet connection.
