In order to to help you better some additional information would be helpfull:
What product / version of Norton do you use? (Support -> About)
What version of Windows are you using?
What version of Chrome do you use?
Also, I can see that you are using some other add-ons for Chrome. Does this problem always occure on the same adresses or are they random? Have you tried disabling the other add-ons you have installed to see if Norton Confidential works properly?
Disable add-ons: Click on the wrench in the top right corner -> Tools -> Add-ons.
