Version of Total Commander is 7.56a. The Option "Scan with Norton" is missing in the context menu. When I want to scan some file, I always have to run Windows Explorer and scan file from there.
Any solution?
Thanks :)

Welcome,
I'm not familiar with that product but it sounds more like something lacking there than with your Norton product. Have you been in contact with them about the problem?
thanks

I know of Total Commnder and when a problem with PowerDesk and the context menu cropped up -- in that case it crashed the window if used and N 360 V3 was installed -- it turned out to be a failure of PowerDesk to update a dll to match a change that Microsoft had implemented and not the fault of Norton --- although no-one believed that at first!
I suggest you ask Total Commander about a context menu problem and if they try to blame Norton tell them the true story above (that's the short version <g>)
You could ask them if it's fixed in the V 8 beta and you could decide whether it is worth trying the beta but I'd check what experiences other users are having with it ....
I'll ask Norton staff if they know anything so keep an eye on here.

Thanks for reply,
so...I reinstalled Total Commander 7.56a, but nothing changed. After that, I downloaded Total Commander V8 Beta and since then everything works well
Problem solved :)

Thanks for letting us know that you finally managed to solve the problem ....
Believe me I will never forget what it took to persuade people that Norton was not at fault with the N 360 context menu problem when all you had to do was uninstall N 360 and it went away .... but it was the other guy!
