I've always felt good about Norton products.  Never really have had any problems so I'm good.  Just a bit frustrated right now...that is all.  It shall pass.

There is a "guest account" but it is "turned off" or in other parlance, disabled.  I'll enable it and give that a try and post back.

Additionally, I have an active system in a similar configuration which you have now without any problem.

One way or another, it will be resolved, IMO.

Hi Plankton:  I appreciate your help, you and huwyngr.  I know we'll get there.  Hell, I ain't going anywhere today.  Got a snowstorm so I'll be staying put.  May have to take a break later in order to go shovel though...

Enjoy the shoveling .... we moved to Florida and although it's been down in the 20's I haven't seen any snow!

I gather they had aircraft ice delays at Tampa Airport today but that was because they don't have any deicing equipment and had to wait for the sun to do it. I was in a plane in Amman Jordan once and they used a fire engine to spray deicer on the wings. We had to get hold of our pilot and ask him to look at the wings since they were not deiced and since we were sitting over the wings we cold see while the deicing team could not!
