Can you please let us know whether it is a TCP port or UDP port because the port number above 1023 are also used for some services when ever your system is trying to contact some server for an application to run it will open any port number above 1023 so it might also be opened because of some service is trying to contact any server
Please re scan an check whether it still says the same port number is opened or a different port number if it says a different port number you can ignore it because it might be a service port if it still says the same port number please let us know whether it is a TCP port or UDP port
Try scanning the computer with norton power eraser www.norton.com/npe

Also, do you use a router? Because if you are, it is not the Norton firewall that is being tested and scanned at all, but the router.
