"Unable to Activate" and "exceeded the number of allowable installations" BUT I have over 200 days remaining on my subscription. I have Norton on 3 computers. Any ideas? I had just rebooted my computer after changing the font size on my desktop, requiring my to restart my computer. When it came up, Norton told me that each component was not working, one by one, and then told me the product was unable to activate....Thanks!

Ended up going to Norton Online Chat. I did not want to leave my computer without any security for very long. They reactivated my account and had to remote to my computer. They claimed I "reinstalled", but I never initiated anything with Norton. The program spontaneously did everything on it's own. The good news: all is now in order. The bad news (or odd news): why or how did this happen; that is a mystery to me.
