I was trying to reply to a message I received from AKC.org, but Norton Internet Security keeps giving me an error message that I don't under stand. The error message I get is:

Email Error

550 5.2.0 you are not allowed to send mail to E9210

I've no expertise in this myself but it might help others to know how you connect to the Internet and what email client you use for sending and receiving email.

Hi ckristi,

The failed delivery message is originating with your email service provider.  Norton displays the message but is not the cause of the failure.  Please check with your email provider to determine why your reply is being rejected by the server.

I tried sending the message thru my server's website access to my email (charter.net) and I think it let me send the message.  At least I didn't get any error messages...lol

I normally use Windows Live Mail on my laptop with Windows 7 with no problems.  This is a first.
