Disable Norton for say 30 minutes

Start OTL,  

Click the Scan All Users checkbox.

Change file age to 60 days

Press the 

An OTL.txt  and extras.txt will be created.

Where is there a script in the instructions??  Next time you go to hospital and the doctor tells you to do something and you decide " I thought I had to take this drug" and they doctor wonders why..

That is the second time you have NOT followed instructions.

Well Its fix I just got my step father to do it. I wish i would have been able to do it. I got yelled at well thanks for trying to help me quads

I knew it was something I did crap but  I know what the error code is for its because of the SDD I tried to update it again when it was already updated so it been resolved.
