I received some exceptional Service from  Prashant (Norton Live Service Expert). I had a  vicious virus  on my computer and he patiently fixed the problem.  He was very patient and professional.  Prashant made sure my problem was taken care of from beginning to end. Not only did he stay on the phone with me and reassured me that the problem would get taken care of.  But, he also made sure my other software was downloaded and working properly.  He was Awesome!! I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to my friends!! Thanks Norton Live Experts!! You Rock!!
