<meta name="Norton Verification" content="<meta name=norton-safeweb-site-verification content=-obw6wb3bsxl-k476x7f8zb4n0ouuf373pfvw-3mwi
you have strange meta's not just for Norton but elsewhere too.
Instead of ending nvs" /> you end nvs /> "/>

Hello websitedandm and welcome!
I think I can help you resolve your issue.
You current meta tag looks like this:
<meta name="Norton Verification" content="<meta name=norton-safeweb-site-verification content=-obw6wb...(your unique 128 character code)...fl9j11nvs />"/>
See if you can change it by removing the items I have highlighted above in red text so that it looks like this:
<meta name="norton-safeweb-site-verification" content="-obw6wb...(your unique 128 character code)...fl9j11nvs"/>
If you are using Website tonight, here are some pointers for creating the meta tag.
• Log onto your Website Tonight account
• Go to page designer
• On the menu, Select Properties tab > Select Meta Data
• On bottom left of Pop-Up, Select Add Meta Tag
• Enter name and content/authentication codes as appropriate
• Save
• Publish Website

Let me know how you do.

• PLEASE, BACKUP or EXPORT your Identity Safe Data on a regular basis •

I have cleaned/adjusted the Meta tags as per your reply.
Go daddy strips out the "quotes " on all meta tags I try and upload, does the same for google but they still verify ok.
Tried it with <> and without <>
No joy.

I just checked your site and the tags are still wrong. I cant see why you cannot adjust the tags. It is clear that it is possible just by looking at some of the other tags. Can you explain further why you can not please?

ok, I got it sorted.
To help the next guy on Go daddy website tonight
from the norton code you are supplied Leave out the following
< />
" "
the words "meta name"
The word "Content"
Godaddy will automatically put them in so if you leve them in they will double up
Moderator can delete if not approp
