Norton Safe Web verification help for sites

I am having the same problem with my sites www.12stepmatch.com and www.sobergaydating.com. I inserted the meta on both of my home page and still can't get verification. I hope someone can help us out.

You have placed your norton meta outside of <head>

Place it before</head>
