Hello, first time poster on this forum.
The problem I'm having is my norton subscription is saying that is expired when it shouldn't be. I tried using the "Subscription Status" resolution that I found worked for many other posters, but it just tells me that I have 0 days left. I am running windows 7, and I have the 2011 version of Norton. Help would be appreciated ![]()

Hi ZachNeedsHelp,
Since synchronising your subscription with the servers did not work, please try the following:
Open NIS 2011 and run LiveUpdate; you might get an update which will ask you to reboot your computer. Please do so and see if this solves the issue.
If you are still having problems, please contact Symantec Customer Service at the link below (for US and Canada); you can use the chat feature for free. Customer Support is responsible for fixing issues concerning subscriptions, activations etc., and they should be able to help you quickly:
