they already have 2010 betas for norton? I know bitdefender and trendmicro do but isnt norton always last?

Norton usually does not give a firm date due to the testing proceddures that have to be met before releasing any new components.

Sorry, but the toolbar in NIS 2009 build 16.5 also crashes Firefox 3.0.11. Symantec has known about this for months, but still no fix, although one has been promised for ages. There's a whole thread on this. So basically, you can't use the Norton Toolbar in ANY recent version of Firefox.
