I've downloaded and installed the patch, restarted, and everything seems to be back to normal here too.
Many thanks!

Does it mean I must run LiveUpdates only manually? No chance to get automatic updates when I have 17.1.0.14 version?
Tim wrote:All,
We've released an update for this issue. Please run LiveUpdate and download build 17.1.0.19 from the LiveUpdate servers.
The first time you run LiveUpdate, a small patch will be downloaded. A reboot will not be required.
The second time you run LiveUpdate, the rest of the patches will be downloaded. After this update, a reboot will be required.
Let us know if this resolved this issue!

Hi Bulbulator,
You don't need to run LiveUpdate manually to get the download - Automatic LiveUpdate will pull down the update eventually. However, I'm sure users running 17.1.0.14 are anxious to have the Firefox issue resolved, which will come quicker if you run LiveUpdate manually.

Got the patch - ran LiveUpdate manually, it downloaded one set, then I ran LiveUpdate again, and it downloaded the second part, after which I restarted the computer - Norton add-ons are back in Firefox, everything working fine ;-))))
Thanks, Tim & Team! :-D

Hi F1D1,
If you don't have the 17.1 patch yet, you'll get it soon, and it'll come through LiveUpdate (not the "Check for new Version" link).
Hope this helps!
