I have posted this questions but did not get any reply yet by anyone. Can someone please have a look into my issue, that will help a lot.

Previous post:

I saw the earlier post about officelive website meta tag verification. I tried the same way but it is not working. Does my website also have to be verified manually?

I got meta tag for my website-   http://diabetesindia.org

from Norton as follows:

d62b81tdppor6h-7dmfyjk7v38gdmxvf4wh635bpx8x-r-sspsfbxz2n7u6tn1koedu-lsg8q7ox72h7rlxf39jq90g2kkqpro6539ohg-0fd8dsxf1hzbuairyhwr3d

I tried putting that in keyword metatag after comma.

But it is still not working.

Please help me in regards to verification of my website.

Hello Abhijeet and welcome!

I have looked at your source code and I cannot find your authentication code in your keywords tag. I notice that you have a great deal of content in your keywords tag. Perhaps Office Live places a limit on this content.

As a temporary workaround, try removing some of your keywords and then insert the 128 character code.

Placing your code into a keywords tag will not allow for the automated verification process. However, once you have placed the code, let me know and I will request someone from Safe Web to manually verify your ownership.

I have removed all the keywords from my keyword metatag and only kept 128 word "meta tag" which I received from Norton Safe Web account.

http://diabetesindia.org/default.aspx  is my homepage and is ready with Norton metatag.

Let me know if I have to do anything else.

I can see your authentication code in diabetesindia.org, however in your first post you noted diabetesindia.com as your website.

I will need to know which site was registered with Norton Safe Web.

It was by mistake that I had put the wrong name.

I am the owner of http://diabetesindia.org   which is a microsoft officelive based website.

Thanks for clarifying that!

The authentication code in your keywords meta tag is properly placed and I shall notify the Safe Web team who will manually verify site ownership. Allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.

Once ownership has been verified, your site will be queued for the rating evaluation.

Be sure the code remains in place until ownership is verified. Leaving the code in the meta tag will not affect your site or the visitor's experience.

Thanks for adding the auth code in a meta tag on your site. We have verified owership of your site 'diabetesindia.org' based on the meta tag.

We have queued this site for analysis, soon new rating will be reflected in safeweb.norton.com
