I just installed NA 2011, but I lost my internet connection. I got info on what could be the problem and I need to a creating a new firewall rule. The support info doesn't match with Norton product so, where do I go to fix the problem?

in Norton AntiVirus 2011 there's no firewall feature. It is only available in Norton Internet Security 2011, or in Norton 360 v4.
Can you please tell us what was your previous security product on your machine before NAV? And how did you removed it (eg. did you used a specialized uninstaller tool)?

You may need to download all these tools from another computer in which you have connectivity:
I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Norton product. You need to download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall the Norton product. You can download it from: http://www.symantec.com/symnrt
After you run the Norton Removal Tool, please download and run the Mcafee removal tool to make sure that you do not have any remnants of that product. For more information, read the following Knowledge Base Article:
