Norton stopped my 'issue fixing' with a lovely message saying that I needed to up my product key as the one I had no longer worked and I had used it too many times, it had deleted all my previous Norton protection at this point and said it could only continue the final stage if I brought a new key, I tried to log in to see if this was true and it wouldn't let me. So I spend $60 again to do this only then to log on and find out that I still have 6 months left on my old key and it has 2 more uses on it. You have done nothing but rip me off... Cannot believe I trusted a company like this. Once my time is used I will never use you again, am sick of companies in the world tricking people in order to make more money. I didn't expect it from a company which sells protection you are no better than the crooks that scam into computers....

Hi sarahbriegel,
This certainly sounds like some piece of the puzzle is missing. You should not have had to repurchase a license with time still remaining on your subscription. What sort of issue fixing were you engaged in?
You can contact Customer Support to sort this out and get your money refunded for the unnecessary purchase:
