hi there i have just renewed my product key for N.I.S.on my main pc , i have 3 pc`s on the same account and they are all registerd via norton management . do i have to turn all 3 pc`s on to update the product key on all 3 pc`s or can i do it via norton management. thanks . david

Hi,

When you do the first update the Norton server record will be updated as well as the PC you are operating. At some point you are going to turn the other PCs on and when you click on subscription status they will be updated.

As good as it is Norton Management hasn't learned how to update the information on a PC that isn't operating. [Just in case you're wondering, I hope it never does!]

thank you, i know it seems a bit silly but i hate typing the product key in ,it`s one of those things i have to type with one finger and keep checking while i type , all the best .
