Hi

 I see a lot of people have problems with own verification but no posted common solutions.  I have an add on domain   www.w4artclub.com and have followed and re-followed all the instructions for registering my ownership w/o success.

 is it because it is an add on domain and if so what do I do??

Hello zil123,

Were you able to place the authentication file into the upper most directory of your w4artclub site? Following the directions in the confirmation email, is it publicly visible? 

If your add on domain is structured as a sub directory within your main web hosting directory, then the authentication file may not be in the actual root directory.

I'll see if I can get a member of the Safe Web team to supply additional instructions.

I accidently just hit the button indicating that this problem was solved but it is not and i did not get any additional instructions from the Safe web team.

Answers to these questions are

Look in the Options Tab of the post and you should have the option to remove the solved flag.
