Can anyone help me with a problem that is driving me mad? For several years I had a subscription to Norton Internet Security through my ISP, Tiscali, now Talk Talk. For the last six months I've been trying to cancel the subscription as I no longer use the product. Three times Talk Talk have told me the subscription has been cancelled, yet they continue to bill me for it every month. Now they are telling me I need to contact Symantec directly to do this, however all they've given me is a link to the support page of this website. Are they right, and if so, can anyone give me a UK phone number or link to cancel it? Talk Talk have wasted so much of my time on this and are completely unhelpful.

Welcome to Norton Community. If you are using a Norton Product through your ISP, they are the right point of contact regarding Subscription Issues. Because all your Subscription informations are maintained only with your ISP. If you have any Technical Issues in Norton you can let us know and we will help you fix it.
Please answer these additional Questions: Did you used to have any Norton Product(not through your ISP)?
Did you registered any Norton Product with any of your Emails?
