Odd

Norton recently blocked an attack from a file on my computer. The odd thing is, the attack originated from a file called "WebKit2WebProcess.exe" from my Apple folder, so I ran a more detailed check on the file itself with Norton. Unfortunately, Norton's only conclusion was that the file is completely safe.

I use Windows 7 and two attacks from this file occured while I used Safari.

Any ideas?

Re: Odd

Hey

It sounds like Safari is trying to access Norton files, and that triggerd Norton Tamper Protection to block Safari to access Norton files, this is happening all the time, and its nothing to worry about.

programs try to access norton files all the time, and Norton Tamper Protection blocks that from happening.

I hope this helps you.
