Hi,

when I download files from example:

1. http://www.farmanager.com/download.php?l=en - Far Manager v1.75 build 2632 x86

2. http://www.editplus.com/trouble.html - Click here to Download the latest patch file

options Download in Performance window doesn't work.

I have Windows XP SP3 PL Home and NIS 2011 PL 18.1.0.37

Can you clarify what "options download in Performance windows doesn't work" means? I'm not clear from this what the problem is.

The only problem I can see from the image you attached is that it is showing Feb, March and April 2010 as the months instead of the preeeding 3 months like it should.

Is this a new snapshot you just pulled or an old one?

I don't see anything specifically regarding the download icon. It shows 1 download.

I am also surprised that your image would have been approved so quickly since a moderator has to approve it before becoming visilble to everyone.

Another question, did you previously run the NIS 2011 Beta? If so did you restore your system to its pre-Beta state before installing the official version of NIS 2011?

OK Allen,

this was example graphical window.

I have attach my orginal window "Performance"

Today, I download Edit Plus Text Editor and Far, but in window Performance wasn't download this files.

NIS 2011 Beta I newer was. Beafore I have NIS 2010.

This one completly removed.

Thanks for the update and your English is fine.

I can't view your image yet as it must be approved by a moderator first. I will check back after I get back from work tonight.

In the meantime, another question for you. I assume the file you downloaded was an executable file, correct? Do you recall if you got a pop window from NIS at the tail end of the download which should have indicated the file was safe or otherwise alerted you if it saw a problem with the file?

There has been a recent problem with this one thing not working sometimes which will hopefully be corrected soon. I'm wondering if this might be causing the issue you reported.

Then one last question. How did you download this file? Was it with IE, Firefox or what? And what version of browser was it?

marek324 indicated having NIS 2010 before and was not running 2011 Beta. The current version is the correct one for the officially released version of 2011.

Hi mp3jo,

Can you confirm if you received the download notification from NIS as to whether the file you downloaded was safe or not?

I will do some further testing tonight, have to leave for work in a few minutes.
