OMG!.. somebody help me!.. i just finished ordering my Antivirus and yet i can't seem to download because there is no Start download button located on the order details!.. help me on this pls!.. im getting confused!

No need to worry regarding this, you can still download a trialware of the same Norton product from Symantec Web site for time being(it will stay good for 15 days). Then contact Customer Services and check whether you have placed the order correctly. Once you receive the confirmation email with the Product Key, you can activate the trialware and use it.

I have already purchased this product using credit card, the thing is there is no download icon after i ordered it!

Norton Internet Security 2009
and install it with your key.

If Norton Anti Virus 2009 download it here

If it is Norton Anti Virus 2009 Gaming Edition download it here

Insert your product key after you install the product to activate it.

Click instant online chat and tell them the problem. They will help you to resolve this issue .

Then please contact Customer Support with the mail (order number) you got about your order.
