When I open Office Outlook to check emails, NIS crashes.
When I try to restart NIS, I get the "One Click Support" the error code 8504, 104" is given. I have followed the advice given on the support site (use norton power eraser, uninstall then reinstall norton) and the problem hasn't fixed.
OS: Windows Vista Home Basic
Office Outlook 2007 (part of Office 2007 Enterprise edition)
NIS 2011

If you are able to start the Norton product after restarting the computer, open Norton product and turn off AntiSpam feature. Then open Outlokk 2007 and see whether you still see the crash.
Do you have any other antivirus or Firewall products installed in your computer?

yup, that seems to have stopped the crashing, Cheers :o) - strange that it does though, my other laptop doesn't have this problem at all.
I suppose the next question would be do you know what could cause it?
There is no other firewall/antivirus installed.
