PC needs to be scanned? (repeated message)

Nevermind what i posted before. I just want to know how i can fix this problem i'm having which is when i started up my laptop i was told to run scans and i did and everything was fixed. Even after the scans it tells me my computer is still under risk? I've tried Norton Power Eraser but no help.

Hi Gibbs

Under the At Risk message, do you have Details option --> Click on that and Check what features are showing at risk.

Also Can you please let us know what Norton Product you are using and its Version? (Support--> About)
