I cannot pay using PayPal from within eBay nor USPS.  I get an error message to the effect that PayPal cannot complete the transaction.

One time and one time only, I was able to pay by turning real protection off, but not today.

What gives?

can you plzs give ues more info on what norton you are uesing are you uesing norton NIS or  norton 360  or any of the norton betas  all soo can you plzs go too about and tell ues your verson  # on your norton

so we can get this fourm moved too the right place

all so are you uesing window 7 vista or XP and is it all up too date?

all so what do you ues too get on line  with  IE  firefox chrome
