Please help with trojan.zeroaccess!inf4

We have an infected computer.  I have followed the instructions of Norton and Microsoft to no avail.  This is a desktop with Win7 64 Home Premium with Norton Internet Security 2012.  I ran a scan with frst64 with the posted results.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not touching this system.

 

The users have used advanced programs on their own, and gone their own way,   FRST was not only run, but run incorrectly.
